If you type a name or location into a search widget, that query is sent to the third-party provider operating the tool. Cabarrus County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The official Cabarrus P2C jail roster and Detention Center page are separate government resources with their own handling practices.

If you email this site or send a contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share those messages outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
